In BootDance 2.0 you will receive the benefits of 6-week BootDance but with extra flavour. Here's what you will receive: 1 - Free 30- minute 1:1 Assessment - We'll maximize your workouts and experience by reviewing your workout goals, movement patterns, and exercises that you should focus on or be aware of during your workouts. This assessment will help improve your body awareness, help you ensure you perform the exercises properly so you can get the most out of your workouts. Wellness Challenge - Let's help you thrive instead of survive! The goal of this challenge is to encourage you to incorporate healthy habits into your day-to-day life. Over 6 weeks, we'll focus on three topics - from nutrition to mental health - to help you attain your wellness goals. Wellness Challenge Tracker - This tracker is designed to help you track your progress during the wellness challenge and to keep you on track! 6 - 75 Minute BootDance Workouts - Receive energizing and fun workouts as outlined in 6-week BootDance.
