Inspired by Hip-hop, dancehall and other music genres, GhanaGirl Fitness classes focus on strength training and cardiovascular fitness using bodyweight, light resistance, and weights. High intensity training, circuits and super-setting are just some of the methods we'll use to help you improve your functional fitness.
In classes such as BootDance, we'll work on our coordination, balance and mental focus by learning dance routines inspired by old school hip-hop and popular club jams that you loved to move to back in the day. This class is perfect if you love or long to dance and want to continue to make gains in your fitness.
