Start each workout with a dynamic and energizing warm-up to get your body and mind prepared for the work ahead.
Work on you strength, balance, and coordination through fitness methods such as HIIT, Circuit Training, and Tabata.
Learn and build upon a dance routine to old school R&B hip-hop club jam (you'll know the song when you hear it).
Receive instruction and coaching from a certified fitness instructor and trainer with over 10 years of experience!
6-Week BootDance 2.0
In BootDance 2.0 you will receive the benefits of 6-week BootDance but with extra flavour. Here's what you will receive:
Free 30 - Minute 1:1 Assessment - We'll maximize your workouts and experience by reviewing your workout goals, movement patterns, and exercises that you should focus on or be aware of during your workouts. This assessment will help improve your body awareness, help you ensure you perform the exercises properly so you can get the most out of your workouts.
Wellness Challenge - Let's help you thrive instead of survive! The goal of this challenge is to encourage you to incorporate healthy habits into your day-to-day life. Over 6 weeks, we'll focus on three topics - from nutrition to mental health - to help you achieve your wellness goals.
Wellness Challenge Tracker - This tracker is designed to help you track your progress during the wellness challenge and to keep you on track!
6 - 75 Minute BootDance Workouts - Receive the same energizing and fun workouts as explained in 6-Week BootDance.
Improve your upper body and lower body strength Workout in a judgement free environment in the comfort of your home while receiving coaching and encouragement Maximize your workouts and improve your overall wellness Receive a variety of workouts Workout to your favourite hip-hop tunes Permission to have fun be silly & tap into your inner dance genius Show it off! Learn and perform a fitness and dance routine.

When: Every Wednesday evenings starting Wednesday, March 8 until April 12 (Depending on participants' preferences and availability dates are flexible and can change).
