Don't just workout, have an experience! 

6-Week BootDance



Join me for a 75 minute strength, cardio, and dance workout (BootDance). Here's what you'll get:

  • Start each workout with a dynamic and energizing warm-up to get your body and mind prepared for the work ahead.

  • Work on you strength, balance, and coordination through fitness methods such as HIIT, Circuit Training, and Tabata.

  • Learn and build upon a dance routine to old school R&B hip-hop club jam (you'll know the song when you hear it).

  • Receive instruction and coaching from a certified fitness instructor and trainer with over 10 years of experience!

  • Sessions begin Thursday, November 16, 6 pm EST, once a week ending Thursday,  December 14 at 6 pm EST. There will be one Saturday class on December 9 at 10 am.

Class Details

When: Every Thursday evening starting Thursday, Nov 16 until Dec 14. Once class on Saturday, Dec 9 at 10 am (Depending on participants' preferences and availability dates are flexible and can change).

Time: 6:00 p.m. MST (Dec 9 10 am MST)

Length: 75 min

Investment: BootDance - $120; 

Notes: This class is an hour and fifteen minutes. Payments can be made via PayPal or e-transfer A link to the class will be sent to you after registration.
