Bootdance is a dynamic and stimulating class designed to provide a high-energy, full-body workout suitable for participants of all fitness levels. This class seamlessly blends elements of strength training, cardio exercises, coordination drills, and old school hip-hop dance moves to create a fun and effective fitness experience.

 

Participants can expect to engage in a variety of exercises that target different muscle groups, enhance cardiovascular endurance, improve coordination, and boost overall fitness levels. The incorporation of old school hip-hop music adds to the energetic atmosphere and motivates participants to move and groove throughout the session.

 

Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just starting your fitness journey, Bootdance offers a welcoming environment where you can challenge yourself, burn calories, and have a blast while doing it. Get ready to sweat, move to the beat, and sculpt your body in this exhilarating class!

  • Lately my life has been so busy with managing my kids, my home and work, my schedule is on fire. I'd clone myself but don't have the time.  
  • Sis, I hear you! But as you know exercise can recharge you and be a great way to start or end the day. Bootdance is offered online for your convenience and replays of the class will be available so you can finish the workout if you don't have time to stay for the entire class.
    ​Bootdance is a dynamic workout, which we are always learning and building on our workout and routine. 
    I often get Bored with fitness classes. I find existing workouts repetitive and uninspiring, leading to a lack of motivation.
    The strength of Bootdance  is that it involves  cardio, strength and dance. Within moving through these elements, I am confident that BootDance will keep you engaged and motivated. In addition to this the workout music is fire! We will have a great time. 

  • I find having to drive to and from a facility an added stress. and sometimes an inconvenience.
    Good news! BootDAnce and my other services are online, therefore you can workout in the comfort of your own home: away from the stress of traffic, tryng to find parking and free from judgment.

Class Details

When: Every Thursday evening starting Thursday, September 26 until October 31. Depending on participants' preferences and availability dates are flexible and can change).

Time: 6:00 p.m. MST 

Length: 75 min

Investment: BootDance - $120; 

Notes: This class is an hour and fifteen minutes. Payments can be made via PayPal or e-transfer ghanagirlproductions@gmail.com. A link to the class will be sent to you after registration.
