 Smarter and Stronger Training Package

Let's get back to basics! My personalized one-on-one sessions will help you build the building blocks you need to carry-out any task or activity with confidence. After eight weeks, you'll improve your core strength, balance and coordination. Also, you will improve your body awareness and confidence. Form, technique and fun will be the focus in our on-line sessions. 

 

This plan includes a 30 min assessment, personalized training plan, one-hour sessions per week (8 sessions in total), and a training calendar that will inspire and motivate you. Equipment or no equipment, injured or limited movement, I will develop a plan that will work for you. This plan is appropriate for beginner and intermediate fitness levels. All sessions are conducted online. This service is only offered as a plan. Please check out Pricing and Plans.
