I've helped countless women get stronger and feel more confident in their bodies. I've also performed in and choreographed a number of dances for children and adults. If you're struggling with figuring out how to make your special day or event stand out from all the rest, I'm here to help!"

Here's what you will get!

30 Min Online Assessment. During your assessment we will discuss your vision for your special day or event, the type of dance you want to do and the vibe you want to create. The assessment is important in setting us up for a positive and supportive partnership.

A Unique Creative and Fun Dance Routine. This is where you sit back and relax while I create customized choreography that will suit your personality, style and dance level.

Four 1-hour in-person dance sessions. This is where the magic happens, during our 1:1 sessions (in person or online), I will teach you your customized dance by breaking it down into sections that are easy for you to learn and remember.

Dance support. To help you learn and retain the choreography, you will receive a recording or a written outline of your dance routine.
