A Workout for the Wedding Season

I would argue that spring and summer are the best seasons of the year. There's more opportunity to enjoy the sun, spend time with family and enjoy the longer days. For some of you, you may be preparing to celebrate an important event in your life...your wedding!

There are so many things that you will not have control over when it comes to preparing for your wedding but there are some things that you can control, and that is how you feel.
